Add an attachment to a message
When you write an email you can send some file (a document, picture, short video) along with your email. Here, you will learn how to attach a file to your message. 
STEP 1: Click the paperclip icon at the bottom of the message box.

STEP 2: A dialog box will appear in order to upload a file to the message. Choose the file you want to send from your computer folder and then click “Open”.

STEP 3: The attached file will appear on the bottom of the message box.

STEP 4: To send the email along with the attachment, click the “SEND” button.
